Soybeans on Christmas eve Tuesday 12/24/2019 06:37:00 PM GMT+03:00
Soybeans were quite quiet today as short trading day before Christmas eve. It opened quite violently pushing immediately the price up. Taking into account the positive news on the first phase of trading talks we assumed that it would continue on the upper side today and opened a buy order at the very beginning of the trading. We bought 1 Jan ZSF20 contract at $9.340 and a few hours later closed at $9.360. It's been one of those days when grains keep quietly trending during the day without any significant moves or noise.
